From Joanie Loves Chachi to Jay Leno in prime time, TV Guide Network will count down TV's biggest blunders Sunday with a special covering everything from failed talk shows to bad remakes to stars who turned down hit roles.

The network's 25 Biggest TV Blunders, airing at 8/7 c, will also include Janet Jackson's infamous wardrobe malfunction, Brian Dunkleman's refusal to return to American Idol after the first season, and a plot twist that turned Roseanne on its ear.

It also looks at NBC's cancellation of Baywatch, the decision to erase old Tonight Show episodes with Johnny Carson, and the 1950s Quiz Show scandal. Which blunder was the worst? Viewers will have to tune in to see.

What do you think was the biggest TV blunder?
