Multi-level seaside home in Manasquan, New Jersey. Will this builder overcome Hurricane Sandy and his toughest client to date?

Neil and Robin Ducharme live on the Jersey Shore with twins Ava and Lily. Neil, who is also the builder, takes on the challenge of building the perfect dream home for his family. Since his family wants to stay on the Jersey Shore, Neil purchased an existing lot right next door to their current home to build the new house. He will battle Hurricane Sandy and his wife's design indecisions in order to get his family the seaside home they've always wanted.

In each episode of Raising House, a different dream house is built from start to finish by an A-team of experts. Beginning with the vision, the architect and builder lay out the floor plan, select a construction approach and outline the unique features. Next, the groundbreaking sets the pace for the entire project as the construction team rolls with the punches and tries to stay on schedule. Meanwhile, the design team selects the interior elements from floors to doors and kitchen cabinets to fireplace facades. Once the house is three-quarters of the way done, excitement builds, tensions are high and it's time for a last look before adding the finishing touches. Finally, the finished product is revealed: a dream house you were there for every step of the way.

The network's 25 Biggest TV Blunders, airing at 8/7 c, will also include Janet Jackson's infamous wardrobe malfunction, Brian Dunkleman's refusal to return to American Idol after the first season, and a plot twist that turned Roseanne on its ear.

It also looks at NBC's cancellation of Baywatch, the decision to erase old Tonight Show episodes with Johnny Carson, and the 1950s Quiz Show scandal. Which blunder was the worst? Viewers will have to tune in to see.

The term wingman is often thrown around in the dating world as one guy doing whatever it takes to help his buddy get the girl (even if it means taking one for the team with the less attractive chick). Fine Living Network has put a new spin on the definition by creating a new reality dating series, Wingman, airing Tuesdays at 9 pm/ET. Get an early start with a Valentine's Day Date-athon starting at 2 pm/ET this Saturday. The show follows the dating-challenged men and women of the world as they are guided by comedian and relationship columnist Michael Somerville. The funnyman previews what kind of disaster cases he takes under his wing and how he tries to up their game.
